Description

Spread around 150 acres in small pockets, lots of tarmac paths, some grass paths less accessible during wet periods. The site is also host to over 400 memorials spread around the site, including the site of the Armed Forces Memorial. Guided tours and talks of the memorials are available.

Directions

Accessible by road with close link to the A38 between Lichfield and Burton-on-Trent. Two Railway stations in Litchfield (Trent Valley & Lichfield City). Closest bus stop is in the village of Alrewas which is approx. 1.5 mile walk away. On foot it is the final destination of the National Forest Way.
