Nerine spp., cvs. & hybrids (hardy)
Horticultural collection
RHS Garden - Rosemoor
Devon
Description
Collection planted throughout the 65 acres at RHS Garden Rosemoor, also a potted display at flowering time. The plants have a great connection with Devon - Nerine bowdenii was shipped to the UK in the 1800s by Devon born Athelstan Cornish-Bowden. Its ability to adapt to the British climate means they can be widely grown in the UK.
