Margaret Easter is passionate about Thyme, and also holds National Collections of Hyssopus and Satureja in her private garden. Margaret has researched Thymus in depth, publishing her findings in The Thyme Handbook.

Thyme are loved by pollinators, add flavour to food and add great interest to the garden, especially dry gardens.
