What are National Plant Collections and why do they matter?

Jonathan Sheppard will tell all about his journey as a National Collection Holder. His colourful Cosmos can be excellent addition to a summer border.  Despite not having a horticultural background, Jonathan’s collection has blossomed and has sustainability at its heart. He uses peat-free, homemade compost, harvested rainwater, no insecticides and encourages wildlife into the garden, even when it makes growing flowers challenging. It’s a true ‘collection of the future’
