Permaculture on Sark, by Helen Magell
A talk on the unique Permaculture Garden beside Stocks, which provides organic vegetables, fruit, herbs and cut flowers for the hotel.
The garden has a no-dig policy and uses mulching, composting and companion planting.
It will be possible to book supper after the talk in the Swiffen Room.
