Little is known about the introduction of this cultivar and our earliest record dates to Rougham Hall Nurseries in 2007. Ken Harbutt of Rougham Hall Nurseries was a renowned plant breeder whose nursery was founded in 1960, it may be possible this was one of his introductions.
