Symphyotrichum novi-belgii ‘Blue Boy’


Description:

Little can be found about the introduction of this  cultivar though we have traced a reference to it from 1949 being grown in Canada. It was described as 'one of the very showy compact perennials up till severe frost.' in the Western Canadian Society for Horticulture's report of proceedings from 1949.
