Symphyotrichum novi-belgii ‘Coombe Delight’
Description:
Our earliest record dates to 1958 where this plant was selected for trial at Wisley as offered from Mrs S.C. Fawell of Templecoombe, East Grinstead. An introduction from her then head gardener Ronald Watts who was renowned for his breeding of asters and delphiniums, being awarded the RHS Associateship of Honour 1985 in recognition of this. Large, double, pink mid-season flowers.
