Pulmonaria ‘Vera May’ AGM
Description:
Occurred as a seedling in 1997 in the garden of the parents of Michael Bowyer, the flower arranger; it was named after his mother. Awarded an AGM in the 1998 RHS Trial. Described by Margaret Stone, National Collection Holder of Pulmonaria cultivars as a delicate-looking, gorgeous and robust. “It has soft pink pin flowers, without any blue, and dark green leaves lightly spotted with pale green. It bulks up well and can be easily divided.”
