Plant Guardians

Rhodohypoxis ‘Hinky Pinky’

Description:
Our earliest record is a listing from Sheila Tucker's nursery, The Flower Blower Nr Bridgwater, Somerset in 2004. Rhodohypoxis originate from rocky areas of southern Africa, namely the Drakensberg region and Lesotho plateau. They are summer flowering, winter-dormant plants that prefer full sun in a moist but well drained position. Considered not fully hardy, they require moisture during growth, with a winter dry period whilst not allowing corms to dry out.
