Rosa ‘Adam Rackles’ (HT)


Description:

Sport of Mme Caroline Testout (HT Pernet-Doucher /1890). Pink Blend HT Cl   Light pink / pink mottling &  mild fragrance it blooms throughout the season. Height up to 150cm / 4’11” – bushy, medium size with prickles & thorns.

Adam Rackles, from Hamburg Germany, was a wine merchant & creator of ‘apple wine’.

Grown in Australia under the same name, it was brought to a Huxley’s Hilltop Nursery open day before 2002 -  collected originally as ‘unknown’ at Hill Street, Daylesford, Victoria.
