Tropaeolum majus ‘Darjeeling Double’ (d) AGM
Synonym: Tropaeolum majus ‘Darjeeling Double’ (d)
Description:
Our earliest known record for this plant indicates that it was introduced by Crûg Farm Nursery in 1996. Said to have been discovered whilst on a trip to India it is a double flowered yellow trailing nastrutium. Not as vigorous as the usual climbing forms of T. majus. Propagation is by tip cuttings in late summer; overwinter in frost free conditions. Thought to be the same plant as Tropaeolum majus ‘Darjeeling Gold’.
