Potentilla ‘Velours Pourpre’


Description:

Victor Lemoine & Son was a much-celebrated nursery in Nancy, France, with three generations of the family running it from 1849 - 1968. Described in 1887 Lemoine catalogue as 'fleurs grandes, doubles, pourpre noir' which translates to 'large, double, black-purple flowers'.
